Strength and conditioning suite
Fully equipped room with a range of machined weights, Olympic lifting platforms and dumbbell area with weights from 5kg to 55kg.
Cardio and fitness area
Separate from our strength and condition room this dedicated areas houses a range of Keiser spinning bikes, exercise bikes, cross trainers, arm bike, higher stepper and Concept 2 rowers.
Cross fit cage
2.5m high, TRX suspension trainer, battle ropes and general core and upper body strength conditioning.
Outdoor running tracks
650m floodlit, wood chipped running trail plus a 400m outdoor track.
Indoor running tracks
200m track and 130m sprint straight.

Jumps and throws area
Indoor throws area with rebound wall, two pole vault beds, two high jump beds as well as two long/triple jump pits. Practice all year round in our indoor facilities.

Plyometric training areas
Two designated areas for plyometric activities. Each one has a 30m plyometric mat to reduce impact and various plyometric boxes of all different sizes.
