Lee Valley Regional Park offers many different cycle routes that take in countryside areas, urban green spaces and nature reserves along riverside trails.
Lee Valley Pathway provides a cycle-way covering the entire length of the Regional Park. The Lee Valley Pathway is a route for local access, providing safe, off road recreational cycling. The route links many of the Lee Valley Regional Park’s venues and is an excellent way to explore the Lee Valley. The pathway also forms part of Route 1 and 61 of the National Cycle Network, a project championed by Sustrans (The Sustainable Transport Charity).
