Volunteer of the Year 2018

On Monday 15 October over 100 volunteers and staff members attended our yearly volunteer appreciation party at Lee Valley White Water Centre from 6pm to 9pm. Awards were presented at 6:30pm by Paul Osborn Chairman of the board of members and Derrick Ashley Vice Chairman of the board of members of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority. Unfortunately the overally winner was not available to attend on the night so a special presentation was made the next day at Myddelton House Gardens by Shaun Dawson Chief Executive Officer of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority.

Volunteer of the Year 2019


You can now submit a nomination for the 2019 Lee Valley Park Volunteer of the Year Awards.

The 2019 Volunteer of the Year awards covers activities and support undertaken by volunteers during 2018.

At present we have over 850 volunteers who give a tremendous amount of their time and enthusiasm to help make the Lee Valley Regional Park a wonderful venue for Nature, Sport and Discovery activities. They are a fantastic asset to the Park and we are keen to acknowledge the valuable work that they do.
